• Meeting In-Person at B Well Counseling Center
• $60 per session
• Feb 27 - April 10

The purpose of this girls group (ages 8-12) is to promote self-reflection, sharing, empathy, and respect for oneself and others. All girls will benefit by learning about the five following core areas that may impact them at some point in their lives:

• Positive self-image
• Healthy friendships
• Conflict resolution and communication
• Emotional strength
• Stress management
