How Virtual Therapy Works

At B Well Counseling Center, we want you to know that you are in control of how you approach your journey.

To begin your mental health journey, we invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with one of our therapists. Consultations are held via virtual video or telephone call.

During the free 15-minute consult, you will learn more about the therapist's counseling style, find answers to any questions you may have, and see if a connection can be established. If you decide the therapist is a good fit for your needs, you may move forward with scheduling your first Virtual Therapy session. Sessions can be scheduled based on your needs and availability and can be stopped, paused, or adjusted at any time.

During your session, you are in charge of what you talk about and we will always respect how you process emotions.

Not a good fit? No problem!

There is no obligation to schedule if you do not feel the therapist is a good fit.
We will be happy to provide you with referrals.
